Free shipping is currently based on value to order and delivery province. The free shipping varies by province due to product size and weight. These values are subject to change.

We currently do not offer international shipping on most products.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged – please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Is lost in transit – please contact us at sales@outdoorsupplies.ca so we can assist you.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
