Where can I see my shipping cost?

Shipping costs and options are displayed during the checkout process.

When will my order ship?

Depending on volume of orders fulfillment may take 24-48 hours but a shorter window is always what is aimed for.

Product is Out of Stock

Products that are listed as Sold Out will typically be in stock in 1-4 weeks.

Due items being seasonal goods some items may not be in stock until next season.

Exception to this is if the product is being discontinued or no longer carried.

If you wish to be notified when a product is back in stock you can send an email to sales@outdoorsupplies.ca with the name and quantity of the product you are looking for.

Will I need to assemble my item?

Some products will require assembly upon arrival. If you are unable to assemble the item we suggest handyman app/service or a mechanic depending on the product.

I can't order a product?

Products which do not have an Add to Cart Button are either Products that are too large or unshippable through couriers or require shipping quotes manually. If you are interested in one of these products please send us an email with information of the Item, Quantity and your Shipping Address.

Some of these items may have a MOQ, please be sure to refer to the product.
